    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

As of JSD 1.0, service desk reports are just displayed on the web page. The user should be given the option to export both the graph and the underlying report data. (preferably PDF, also Word, Excel where applicable)

This became more important when I checked the DB and saw that SLA field information in the database is pretty hard to understand.

Click right on your CSV file , "open with" , Excel.

If columns are not looking good, then open the file with Notepad, press Ctrl + h and replace all commas with semicolons.  Save and try to open with Excel again.

You can ask this kind of question in the community next time, you'll probably get better answers then in this.
