Related articles will not load on Agent Issue view when linked with Confluence greater than 8.5.0

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set up a Confluence DC application link with a version greater than 8.5.0 - https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/set-up-a-knowledge-base-with-confluence-server-1018775515.html 
      2. Create an article in Confluence with a simple name
      3. Create a Ticket in JSM with the same name
      4. Open the new ticket

      Expected Results

      The Confluence article should show:

      Actual Results

      The related articles panel will show a loading spinner and never load the article


      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
