Steps to Reproduce
- Set up a Confluence DC application link with a version greater than 8.5.0 - https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/set-up-a-knowledge-base-with-confluence-server-1018775515.html
- Create an article in Confluence with a simple name
- Create a Ticket in JSM with the same name
- Open the new ticket

The Confluence article should show:

The related articles panel will show a loading spinner and never load the article
