Description
NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.
On certain forms, in various webapps, Ctrl+Enter is pretty common as a 'submit' shortcut. This included things likes Stash, github, tumblr, etc. It is always a surprise to see that in Service Desk, it deletes the comment one has just made (actually it simply seems to refresh the page). I know it is a tiny thing, but it is frustrating (I've lost comments many, many times in SD due to this). Perhaps there is an easy way to fix it?
I don't know why Ctrl+Enter refreshes the page instead of submitting - it doesn't match any kind of UI/UX expectation I've ever come across.
