      With our new SD 2.0 pricing and permissions scheme, you need to be an Agent to be able to modify a SD issue in any way.

      This is in convenient for a few customers, as they feel that JIRA Admins should have some rights to modify the issues, such as delete, etc.

            Administrators should have the access rights to update and delete all issues - we consider it a bug that an admin can not delete all issues and it makes the product useless.
