      Hi,

We have purchased the Service Desk add-on and setup SLAs for incidents. When I export to Excel, it seems to be reversing the minutes and hours. In other words, in the Excel export, it is displaying mm:hh instead of hh:mm in the cells. It occurs for some of the breached SLAs, i.e. where there is a negative time, but not for all of them.

[JSDSERVER-1174] Bug with Exporting SLA data to Excel

            Mizan added a comment -

This bug is still encountered JSDSERVER-149 on Jira 8.4.1 with the latest JSD.

            Dear noriordan,

Kindly can you please verify and re-open the bug. I believe the fix is already available with the JSD Team .

If you need any details from my end please let me know. This is impacting us badly as after upgrade some critical reports related to SLA's are incorrect due to this bug.

If you need Excel reports more complicated and more repetable than the ones generates by the built-in feature, the add-on called Better Excel Plugin fully supports Service Desk custom fields like SLA, request participants and so.

If you do a lot of post processing (like creating charts or pivot tables, etc.) after exporting your data, then this add-on will save you lots of manual work. It allows defining all these logic in a template Excel file, then it merges that template with the actual JIRA issue data, and after a click the resulted Excel spreadsheet is downloaded to your computer.
