Problem
Currently, it's not possible to delete any default/custom status from Next-Gen Service Desk Projects, only remove it from a Workflow, which may result in many available and unused statuses.
Suggestion
Add a new button called "Remove from Workflow" and Update the "Delete Status" button in Status Details.
For the "Delete Status" button:
- Jira will show a pop-up asking if the user really wants to delete the Status
- It only allows deleting if any other workflow isn't using the Status.
- If the user confirms, it will delete the Status from the entire project.
For the "Remove from Workflow" button:
- Jira will only remove the Status from the current Workflow.
