      Summary

      Unable to import a JSON/CSV file to a Service Desk next-gen project.

      Environment

      Jira Service Desk next-gen projects.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a Service Desk next-gen project;
      2. Try to import a JSON/CSV file using the external system import.

      Expected results

      The JSON/CSV is imported.

      Actual result

      The following error is thrown:

      Workaround

      Import on a classic project, then move the tickets to the next-gen project.

            +1 to this issue as well. Trying to import to a next-gen project and it fails as above. Jira support has been helpful in pointing me to this resource as a workaround, thank you.

            We have the same issue. Im trying to import a CSV file (next gen), but it doesnt work.
