Summary
Service Desk allows wiki mark up in request type descriptions, eg:
{color:Red} red text {color}
This causes the markup to appear correct when viewing the specific portal page, but when viewing all portals in the help center the wiki markup displays as text.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Service Desk
- Edit the request type description to include markup
Expected Results
The markup is transformed in both the portal and the help center
Actual Results
The markup is transformed only in the portal but not in the help center
