Problem Definition
- There is a limited list of variables for notification templates currently available on JSD Cloud - Managing service desk notifications
Suggested Solution
- Allow custom variables or variables for each Jira/JSD field
- Include variables for things like current assignee, current user, etc.
Why this is important
- More flexibility in personalising customer notifications
- Contributes to a more positive customer experience

- ${event.user.name} exists for customer notifications as a message variable - something like this for templates would be beneficial
