Configurable number of users displayed for the "Request shared with" variable (${request.sharedwith}) in Service Desk notifications

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Summary

When the ${request.sharedwith} variable is used in a notification template, the notification will only consist of 3 names, followed by and X other people

      Suggestion

It would be best that this is configurable, for example to display all users or any number of names configured

This would be very useful - getting a lot of customer feedback around this.

Much needed, also for information security purposes, thanks!

Hello, is there an update on this issue?  Only 3 participants listed at the bottom of emails is definitely not sufficient.  Any update on this would be very much appreciated.

            Hello,

we need this function, too. It's really important for our customers to know who is involved in the requests.

To show only 3 names is not sufficient! I assume if it is possible to show 3, it should be also possible to show more.

Hope this will be available soon.

            THanks.

            +1

We need this configurable, too. In some cases, the customer organization needs this list of request participants.

Hope this will be available soon.

Many members of our team interact with our service desk only via email, and it's important to them to know who else is involved when they respond via email.  I don't want them to have to load the Jira site just to get this simple information.
