Customise the portal invitation email and verification email sent to new customers

      Jira Service Desk has the option to send out an invitation email to new customers with a link to the customer portal. This email can be enabled or disabled by using a checkbox but cannot be customised.

      Jira Service Desk also has an email verification step for portals where anonymous portal isn't enabled. This email cannot be currently customised.
