Improve Japanese translation for portal invitation email

Currently, the portal invitation email is like this:

• English: Visit the portal to raise requests and get help.
• Japanese: ポータルにアクセス リクエストを出して助けを得るために。

(Underlined texts are texts with hyperlinks)
The Japanese translation is broken. It's not forming the shape of a sentence and this is very strange for Japanese customers.

My suggestion is to update to the following:

• Japanese: +ポータルにアクセス+し、リクエストを作成してサポートを受けてください。
