Summary
JIRA Service Desk doesn't display pre populated text (name of the customer and name of the agent) in the comment box on a screen (usually when resolving or closing an issue).
Steps to Reproduce
- Have the pre-propulated text feature enabled in your profile
- Create or open a Service Desk issue
- Click the Resolve workflow button to open the pop-up screen
Expected Results
The name of the customer and the name of the agent should be there in the comment box.
Actual Results
The comment box is empty.
