Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented. Things like Workflow Scheme, Issue Type Scheme and etc are great for reducing work on maintaining several projects with the same behaviour. Please add support for Schemes on Service Desk's:
