      Summary

Agents can view a report of all Satisfaction survey for a particular project (ie. http://<Base URL>/projects/SD/reports/all-rating). Some agents/admins would like to export this report

      Suggestion

Add feature to export the satisfaction report into a file

      Workaround:

Refer to Export of Customer Satisfaction Rating and Comment via API

          Form Name

            [JSDCLOUD-4749] Export Satisfaction Report

8476374f83d2: I completely agree with you. My only intention was to provide an alternative to a paid app (as previously suggested)

3fa64565270e the workaround could possibly works, but we have automations in many functions of JSM, and there is a limit of them we could reach. Then, are we supposed to exceed this limit because of a lack of functions Atlassian doesn't resolve?

We only need to export data from a report, it could not be so difficult to allow us.

We appreciate your comment and your effort, but is not a way for us because of that limitation (if Atlassian erase this limit would be grateful too )

For me it's a must that I can export a CSAT report with a standard Atlassian function.

At the moment I use this workaround:

            • Use an additional Customer Field to copy with an automation the satisfaction comment to this field.
              Used variable: issue.properties.service-request-feedback-comment.comment
Trigger: When Value changed - Satisfaction date
            • Use a Filter, where I include some projects and then: resolved is not EMPTY AND Satisfaction is not EMPTY
I use this filter for visualizing in Confluence or for manuell export to Excel.

            Hope this helps.
            BR Toby

Happy New Year, everyone! May it be filled with joy, success, and - who knows - maybe even some miracles. Like Atlassian resolving to fix this bug. We can dream, right?

Voted here as well. This is crazy - what a simple feature to be implemented to allow higher ups to see things like IT performance on the CSD/SD projects via customer review in a CSV. Please implement this.

Seems like there is enough interest in this to implement...why do Jira feature requests inevitably take years to implement? Is this really that difficult to do? I understand it's available to view, but export would be very useful.

Voted. I think it would be great to be able to generate the Satisfaction Report so that we can better understand how to improve our processes and systems.
