    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Summary

      Agents can view a report of all Satisfaction survey for a particular project (ie. http://<Base URL>/projects/SD/reports/all-rating). Some agents/admins would like to export this report

      Add feature to export the satisfaction report into a file

            This would be extremely useful to be able to pull this data from JIRA. Would recommend prioritizing.

            Quite odd that we can allow customers to write a feedback about their satisfaction but that is not possible to export it ?
