Issue Summary
504 Gateway Timeout when exporting Satisfaction Report over an extended date range
Error: 504 Gateway Time-out
If report has a lot of data, the Export to CSV fails for past quarter, it works for Past 7 days, and past 30 days.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the report: Customer satisfaction
- Change the filter to past quarter or past year.
- Click on Export to CSV
- Export fails with 504 Gateway Time-out
Expected Results
The export should complete successfully.
Actual Results
Error: 504 Gateway Time-out
Workaround
The current workaround is to select a shorter custom date range and export the Satisfaction Report in smaller time windows
