Acceptance Criteria
- When a customer disables notifications / unsubscribes from the issue updates. It'd be interesting to have a way to see who has unsubscribed from customer notifications.

Dear Atlassian
I'm once again flabbergasted at this basic functionality still missing. It was requested over 8 years ago and i'm certain that way more Agents are affected by this than it seems. Many agents probably just accept it when they get ignored by their customers, without knowing that the customer doesn't even receive the notification. Maybe even the customer is not aware, but the Agent can't tell him since he doesn't realize it either. Please add this functionality asap.
