    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • When a customer disables notifications / unsubscribes from the issue updates. It'd be interesting to have a way to see who has unsubscribed from customer notifications.

            Dear Atlassian

I'm once again flabbergasted at this basic functionality still missing. It was requested over 8 years ago and i'm certain that way more Agents are affected by this than it seems. Many agents probably just accept it when they get ignored by their customers, without knowing that the customer doesn't even receive the notification. Maybe even the customer is not aware, but the Agent can't tell him since he doesn't realize it either. Please add this functionality asap.

            Thank you.

I see this request was first raised in July 2016, now over 8 years ago.  The impact of this deficiency would be vast and costly to businesses due to lost productivity and unresolved issues.

This would be a huge help if the agents could see if the customer had disabled notifications. Then, they know they need to contact them out of the system to ensure they are seeing the message.

As has been said, any option for seeing this would be an improvement. We would like this option so that we can better help our customers without having to involve Atlassian support to check on the status of a subscription (or thinking it may be something else like spam folders, etc) as the cause of missing notifications.

Adding this information to API call would work, prefer to have it on either the ticket or customer screens.  But anywhere would be an improvement.
