      Problem Definition

      The "raise request on behalf of" is currently restricted to the service desk admin/agents only. The customers might want to raise the request on behalf on their colleagues or partners when accessing the customer portal.

      Suggested Solution

      There should be an option to allow customers to "raise requests on behalf on".
