Problem Definition
Currently we can set a ServiceDesk project to be only available for "people on my customers list can raise a request" in Request Security section.
This makes that specific project unavailable (blocked) permanently.
Having such option can help customers to access the hidden project(s) using the direct link of the project somewhere else other than customer portal.
Suggested Resolution
To provide an option in project level, on Customer portal settings to show or hide specific project on Help Center
