      Update 27 February 2023

The functionality described in this request refers to fields in screens. JSM has now released forms to all customers. Using forms you can build dynamic/conditional logic to determine which fields should be displayed, based on the value of another field.   We recommend that you use forms to achieve this functionality or look at Marketplace apps, such as Extension for Jira Service Management.

      Problem Definition

Currently you cannot pull values to populate one field from another field.

      Suggested Solution

As a admin or user of the system I'd like to show/hide a field on a screen based upon options selected from another field as well as pull values from other fields.
