When a customer is logged into the customer portal they cant search for a ticket based on the "Details" in their ticket. They can only search on the "Reference, "Summary" and "Comments".
This leads to duplication of tickets for our support desk and thus more tickets for us to process and manage.
If they could search the contents of their own tickets and tickets they are participating on as well then this would make for a more productive service desk - agents working tickets that are genuine.
