    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

Currently SLAs can only be set in the format "hours (h), minutes (m)". In our company, we have SLAs (non-software related) that are several days. We would like to have the possibility to express these SLAs as "days (d)", for convenience of setting ánd reading the SLA.
