NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.
When a user is not an agent and has the browse project permission the project sidebar shows only the Issues tab.
Please add the the same tabs (e.g. Business Project type) for a non agent user as fallback and not only Issues. That are Summary with activity and statistics, Issues, Reports and _Components.
A non agent can be a manager or another department where a coordinator has view access to all issues of a dedicated team.
