Hi Everyone, 

This was rolled out in October last year so I am closing this issue.

This improvement was to stop the storing of duplicate images on tickets for images found in the body of emails sent to the ticket.  

When a new email is received, we look at the images in the body of the email and if the image is already attached to the ticket we won't add it again as another attachment.

This includes images in the signature but does not include images attached to the email as attachments.

I know that there are some other issues and feature requests related to images in emails that are tracked on other tickets but if you have an issue that isn't then please feel free to raise it.
