Update 27th August, 2025
Hi everyone,
Thank you for submitting this feature request and for your interest in improving our product.
We have determined that support tickets currently linked to this request are not directly related to the feature being proposed. As the "--" marker is primarily included with Gmail signatures and Gmail signature detection is already supported by existing hide email signatures feature, this issue is already resolved.
Apart from the default detection supported by the hide email signatures feature, custom text detection can also be configured to hide email signatures. To access the hide email signatures configuration, please refer how to hide email signatures.
If you believe there is a specific need or use case that has not yet been captured, please feel free to provide additional details or examples. We encourage you to submit new support tickets that clearly outline the problem or enhancement you are seeking, so we can better assess and prioritize future requests.
We appreciate your understanding and continued feedback.
Problem
- The initial ticket is quite long as the signature is taking up space which is not useful.
- An extra comment is added with the signature images attached which is sort of useless.
Suggestion
