Problem
Since April 16, we have the new messages that states when a request could not be created.
With this release we can see a field when editing the email request, to set a default email for these notifications, but it seems to not be working.
Environment
. Any JSM project with Email Requests creation active.
Steps to Reproduce
Disable accounts creation, send an email to the JSM handler from any address without an account and you'll receive this new notification stating the request could not be created.
Expected Results
To be able to set a default email address to receive these messages.
Actual Results
All "participants" in the email receive these notifications.
Workaround
There's no workaround for who doesn't want to allow accounts creation.
Notes
This has a huge impact on some accounts that uses* Distribution Lists* to raise requests, as it generates a bounce back email which results on Jira filters rejecting by the loop of messages and sending email to everyone.
Users with DL are the most impacted by this new feature.
We already have two Feature Requests related;
