Current State:
With the new notifications for failed email requests, both Customers and Admins are notified about failed emails.

Proposed Future State:
In some cases, we wouldn't like to send any notification to Admins or Customers. Please provide a toggle to choose if this notification type should be sent for Customers or Admins.

Hi Everyone,
We have scheduled work to add configuration options for controlling the new notification emails.
One option will switch on/off emails to admins.
One option will switch off responses to help-seekers.
We will let you know when it is ready to be shipped but should be less than 2 months.
