    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Current State:

Currently, the notification for failed email requests has a non-customizable message that reads:

Subject: Your request couldn't be created
Message: Your request to <EMAIL_CHANNEL> could not be created. If you would still like to get help, please contact the team directly.

If you have received this email in error, please ignore it.

This default messaging lacks specific directives on how end users can "contact the team directly," which may lead to confusion.

      Proposed Future State:

Include this notification in the Customer notification template to allow customization of the message body to include instructions on how to contact someone directly or which alternative email address to use.

By including this notification in the Customer Notification Template, the message body can be customized to suit the needs of each specific project. Admins can include specific instructions on how to contact the team directly or provide an alternative email address for assistance.

This will improve clarity and ensure end users have the necessary information to seek help efficiently should they run into issues with email requests.
