As a JIRA-Administrator I want to help and support our users with the configuration of their Jira Service Desk.
Currently I need a valid and named JSD-License.
I will never work with the queues or with those Tickets. It's just the configuration and the support if needed.
Our License is filled 100% with our Agents.
So I don't have the possibility to help them. (Of course I can revoke someone, and made myself to an Agent and after that I switch that back, but this is not good for the daily work).
==> Let JIRA-Administrators be an "Agent" without needing an Agent-License.
