Issue Summary
If a user makes an update on a ticket and after that, the same is removed from the instance (account deleted), I'm able to @mention the same user and select them from a user picker field. Since the user was deleted, I want that this user does not be shown on the mention list, to avoid conflict internal conflict.
Steps to Reproduce
- User X makes an update on an issue.
- User Y delete the user X.
- User Y is able to @mention the user X on the same issue or select in a user picker field.
Expected Results
The deleted user should not be shown on the mention list.
Actual Results
The deleted user is being shown on the list.
Workaround
