Time spent and and Total time spent field adds up during CSV import

      Summary

      Whenever a CSV import is being done with the "time spent" and "total time spent" field provided, the worklog (total time spent) value adds "time spent" and "total time spent" which shouldn't be.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Do a CSV import with the "time spent" and "total time spent" field provided in the CSV.
      2. After the import is complete, the worklog accumulates

      Expected Result

      Only the total time spent should represent the worklog.

      Actual results

      The "time spent" and "total time spent" gets added causing an incorrect work logged value..

      Workaround

      Remove the "time spent" value or column from the CSV file.
