Currently, all the notifications on Jira are based on the Notification Scheme, and it's not possible to configure the system to send notifications just in one specific place, like not receiving emails and just being notified on the Jira Application.

So, it would be great to have the ability to chose where the notifications will be sent on the Notification Scheme, like the example below.

• Notifications by email.
• Notifications in-app (Just at the Jira Site).
• Notifications on the Jira APP (Mobile).
• Notifications of comments where the user is assignee/reporter under the Direct tab
• Ability to manage and enable/disable Notifications on the Jira APP (Mobile) out of working hours.

It's important to have this ability to choose one or more options of where you will be notified to avoid email Spam of not necessary information.

Suggested enhancement:
Expand the scope of this feature request to include the ability to control notification delivery to third-party integrations (such as MS Teams, Slack, etc.) within the Notification Scheme, so admins can fully manage where notifications are sent. This would ensure consistent notification suppression across all channels, not just email and in-app notifications.
