Send email + in-app notification when a comment has an emoji reaction e.g. thumbs-up

      Further Description added July 2024

      It is really problematic that 'reaction' notifications don't include the reaction. It forces me to wait for the entire issue to load and me to scroll – just so I can see "👍"

      Please just include what the reaction is, in the notification, in some way.
