reporting on change history - Calculation of time spent in a particular status

      It would be very useful if Jira users can find out (without going into the history of each issue) how much time an issue (or issues) spent in any particular status. For instance, if Service Desk admin wants to know how long on average tickets are spending in Waiting for support status.
