Track time between transition statues

      Problem Definition

      Users cannot track time between status transitions.  It seems this was available in the old UI. When viewing an issue previously, under the Activity section there was a tab called Transitions. Users could track time between status changes here. 

      Suggested Solution

      Give users access to details of time between statuses 

      Workaround

      Currently no workaround

      Previous workaround was available on Community
