Provide audit log for outgoing email

      Problem Definition

      • Currently, there isn't a way to track outbound email sent by Jira/Jira Service Desk(JSD)

      Suggested Solution

      • Provide Jira admins with an audit log where email delivery status is logged for every outbound Jira email
      • Allow admins to be notified of outbound email issues This is already logged in a separate request, please vote here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-7791.

      Why this is important

      • Allows admins to get a better idea of what is happening to outbound emails and allows them to diagnose delivery issues
      • Majority of email issues can be resolved on the receiving side(customer side)
