Handler that strips both quoted e-mails as well as signatures.

      The problem

      • Nonquoted comment handler strips quotes, not signatures
      • Regex handler strips signatures, but not quotes

      Solution

      • The new handler should be able to strip both; quoted e-mails as well as signatures.

      -  filter out all the other files which is gifs & jpg  from email
