Roadmap: non SuperAdmin users receive a timeout/500 with large sets of data

      Issue Summary

      When non-SuperAdmin users try to filter the Roadmap using a Portfolio/Sulution on T1/Config Bar + P1, if there is too much data, it will not load the page, and timeout/error 500 can be seen on the HAR files.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. WIth a user that is not a SuperAdmin, to to the Roadmap
      2. On T1/Config Bar select a Portfolio ou Solution + PI
      3. Now see how the page doesn't load the data, and an error can be seem on the HAR files.

      Expected Results

      Roadmap would display the data.

      Actual Results

      Data is not displayed and a blank page appears.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
