Issue Summary

Calls made to fetch Features while on the Roadmaps page encounter slow performance and therefore affect the overall performance of the Roadmaps.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to Roadmaps
• Select Feature as work item to view by
  ( Slow performance is not always observed it may depend on various conditions.)

Expected Results

No slowness/failures to load pages

Actual Results

In certain conditions, pages take a long time to load while making multiple Features calls.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
