Description
Issue Summary
MasterLogs.asp is throwing Whoops error page (Query timeout expired)
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Jira Align as Super Admin
- Browse to Admin (cog icon)
- Under LOGS section, click Changes
- Notice the delay followed by the Whoops error message
Expected Results
- The Change Activity Log (MasterLogs) page is loaded successfully as long as the user's system role has the following permission toggle switched on:
- 6 ADMINISTRATION > Administration > Changes
NOTE Notice there's no need to be a Super Admin (roleId=9) to browse to & use this page.
Actual Results
- Whoops error, the page is not loaded
Workaround
- Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
