Issue Summary

When updating a Story, audit log shows a reference to "Jira Project Changed" being updated to null even though that is not modified.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Story and modify description then hit save.
2. Check Audit log

Expected Results

Audit log should only indicate the field modified.

Actual Results

Audit log shows the field "Jira Project Changed" that was not modified/changed as empty.
