Ability to notify admins when app license limit is being reached

      Problem Definition

      Admins would like to get notified when the license limit is reached
      Currently admins only become aware that all licences are used up when they receive support requests/emails from users who are getting licence errors when attempt to access product. It would be helpful if Admins were notified before all licenses are used up, so they can provision additional licences before users start encountering errors.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the functionality to notify admins when the license limit of a product is almost reached.
      Notifications should be triggered when X spare licences are remaining, X being a value configurable by admins.

      Why this is important

      It would help admins to better control licenses if they are notified.
