Atlassian Guard Standard should have a way to receive email notifications when 80% of annual user tier limit is reached

      Issue Summary

      Atlassina Guard Standard on an Annual plan currently has no way to opt-in for email notifications at the 80% threshold like other products do.. This would allow admins to be proactively aware when they are near their annual license count maximum.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have an Atlassian organization with an Atlassian Guard Standard annual subscription
      2. Navigate to https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<orgid>/user-counts

      Expected Results

      There should be a "Notification Settings" tab with a "Notify me when I reach 80% of my user tier limit." checkbox

      Actual Results

      There is no notification settings tab

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
