Hi team,

In the current design, there is no warning message or in any form when granting Opsgenie permission to a user but there is actually no Opsgenie user license is available.

This sets up the incorrect expectation that the user is automatically added to Opsgenie Users List.

Please consider implementing a way to warn the administrator.
