Issue Summary

Requirement is to set a alert that notifies admins when certain number/percent of licenses for the product are consumed.
Example: If customer bought License for a product for 1000 users and they set a alert at 80%. Then when 800 (80%)  licenses are consumed, admins should receive a notification regarding the limit reached.

Expected Results:

Admins should receive a notification regarding the license consumption limit reached.

Actual Results

Currently, feature of setting alerts on license consumption is not available.

Workaround

Admins can view the consumed licenses in the Admin portal >> Billing tab.
