Improve Automation Rule List - show more rule info, more options to sort/filter rule list

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Improvements which have been released

      • Rule list can be sorted by Name or Enabled/Disabled status
      • Search now available to search by rule Name
      • Copy an existing automation rule with the ability to save as another name
      • Rule list columns includes Last Update Date/Time (option to sort/filter by update date)

      Outstanding suggestions:

      • Search for rules with types of actions (e.g. edit issue)
      • Search for rules with field value text (so you can figure out which rule is performing a specific edit, or sends a particular e-mail etc)
      • Search for rules by owner
      • Rule list columns includes Last Execution Date/Time (option to sort/filter by execution date)
      • Bonus: project-level view of rules allow multiple selection for export and deletion
