sort automation rules by actual name

As an automation rule writer

I want to sort rules by the name entered for them

So that I can find them to manage them faster

Acceptance criteria:

• Sorting automation rules by the name column sorts by the Name
• Currently, the sort appears to be by names with all whitespacing removed and is case-insensitive (defect or design choice?)
