Allow Jira Admins To Sort The Global Automations List By Owner And Project

We have a lot of automations created by many different people as do most customers.   You can only sort the full global automations list by ENABLED.   It would be very helpful from an admin perspective if we could sort by owner or by project for those of us who keep documentation or need to reach out to rule owners for communication.
